The Gregory Hotel - Harlaxton

The location was magnificent - within a walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go.

The food at the restaurant was amazing!

Brilliant and fabulous hotel in an unbeatable position to the Pub area. Plenty of outstanding food for meals. Nicely decorated rooms with mirrors, great bathroom plus a luxurious bathtub. Location just next door to a taxi and the outskirts of Grantham.

great access to parks and charming landmarks

I enjoyed a wonderful stay in a uniquely themed room that was comfortable, and with just a short stroll of less than a 5-minute walk, you can reach beautiful Ellys Manor House, perfect for a relaxing afternoon stroll in the gardens or exploring the quaint architecture.

Best sleep ever!

I had the best night sleep! The bed was so comfy and it was super quiet. Breakfast was a treat-hot, freshly cooked full English with pineapple juice and tea. Dinner was nice too. Steak and Stilton pie rocked! Only wish the menu had more choices, but still a great stay.

Would recommend for an overnight stay

Cute staff, comfortable clean room, and the expertly prepared meal at the restaurant was so nice, with perfectly cooked steak and a delicious steak and stilton pie, made our stay nice.

Stylish inn, comfortable stay, with a beautifully renovated interior and a fun, modern vibe with a really good breakfast to energize your day, all while being conveniently located just 43 km from the nearest airport.

All was perfect.

The homemade shortbread in the room added a delightful personal touch to my stay, and the quality of the steak and Stilton pie exceeded my expectations.

The welcome from the bar reception set a positive tone for our stay. The dinner we had was a highlight, with excellent steak that was perfectly cooked and good dessert.

The toilet seat in our room was broken.

Be sure to try the delicious steak and Stilton pie. it was a standout dish during my visit.

Fine decor and great dining

I loved the beautifully renovated decor and found the meal options really good, especially the steak and Stilton pie, a highlight of my stay! The open log fireplace in the bar added a cozy touch, made evenings enjoyable. The shower didn't get hot enough for my liking, which could be improved.

The huge TV was a nice touch! The restaurant's vibe was awesome. I loved the food vibes even though I missed the hot breakfast. Got my continental delivered, neat.

Noise levels can disrupt sleep, particularly from the pub music reverberating through some rooms, especially late at night. WiFi connectivity falls short. It barely reached my room. The hallway could use a good cleaning and perhaps new carpeting, as it gives off a worn-out impression leading to the otherwise pleasant room spaces.

The welcome was warm, and the spacious room featured a large TV for entertainment. Dinner was a highlight, showcasing homemade jams and delectable steak, accompanied by a sweet delight. The en-suite could use some updates, and the decor felt slightly dated. Regardless, the atmosphere was good.

Had a lovely stay with a comfy Superior King Room and enjoyed a fantastic steak and stilton pie for dinner that blew our minds! The hotel also offers great relaxation opportunities like a cozy lounge area and a well-kept garden for some fresh air. Only hiccup was a bit of noise from other guests, but it didn't ruin our experience at all. Highly recommend trying the restaurant! 😊
